Gildan's annual information form lists the trademarks it gained as Hanes, Bonds, Bali, Maidenform, Sol y Oro, Sheridan, Bras N Things, Playtex, Wonderbra, Berlei, Comfortwash and JMS/Just My Size, and it classified the Australian business behind Bonds, Bras N Things, Berlei and Sheridan as a discontinued operation from the day it closed. Champion was not part of it: Hanesbrands had already sold that brand to Authentic Brands in 2024. Neither company's filing states a single total value for the transaction.
