The agreement put the enterprise value at about $55 billion, the largest leveraged take-private of a video game company, and the Public Investment Fund rolled over the roughly 9.9 per cent it already held. The deal closed on 4 August 2026 and EA left Nasdaq. No filing sets out how the equity is divided among the three investors.
