Henkel acquires OLAPLEX (2026)
Henkel completed the acquisition of OLAPLEX on 7 July 2026 for $1.4 billion.[1][2]
Henkel bought all of OLAPLEX Holdings for $2.06 a share in cash, a total transaction value of $1.4 billion, and closed on 7 July 2026, when OLAPLEX shares stopped trading on Nasdaq. The brand had about €370 million of sales in 2025 and joined Henkel Consumer Brands, which Henkel says makes it the second-largest company in professional hair care globally.
