Holcim completed the acquisition of ZinCo in 2024.[1]
Holcim acquired ZinCo, a German maker of integrated green and solar roofing systems whose work includes the High Line in New York City and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center in Athens. ZinCo retained its own brand name after the deal.
