LVMH acquires Bulgari (2011)
LVMH completed the acquisition of Bulgari on 30 September 2011 for €4.3 billion.[1]
LVMH acquired Bulgari for about €4.3 billion, paying largely in shares so that the founding family became a substantial LVMH shareholder rather than simply selling out. It remains one of the largest jewellery acquisitions ever made.
