OTB Group completed the acquisition of Maison Margiela in 2002.[1]
Renzo Rosso became the majority shareholder of Maison Margiela in 2002, the same year he founded OTB as a holding company for Diesel and the acquisitions he intended to make. The group took full control of the brand in 2006. OTB is privately held and has never published what it paid. Only the year is recorded here.
