TITAN acquires Keystone Cement (2026)

TITAN completed the acquisition of Keystone Cement on 1 May 2026 for $310 million.^[1][2]

Titan America SA, the 87%-TITAN-owned, NYSE-listed US subsidiary of TITAN Cement International, agreed on 8 January 2026 to buy Keystone Cement Holdings, Inc. and Keystone Cement Company LLC, a Pennsylvania cement and aggregates producer in the Lehigh Valley owned by the Fortaleza, Uniland and Tritadura groups. Titan America's own announcement describes the transaction as "valued at $310 million," without characterising that figure as an enterprise value or otherwise stating that assumed debt is included, so it is recorded here as the price paid for the business rather than as a stated enterprise value. The deal closed on 1 May 2026, adding a modern kiln with roughly 990,000 short tons per year of clinker capacity, limestone reserves TITAN says support more than 50 years of production, and about 125 employees, and it extends Titan America's Mid-Atlantic reach alongside its existing Roanoke and Essex cement operations. The sellers are private groups not otherwise covered in this dataset.
