Suwan families set it up in 2005 as Sea Munch Co., Ltd. to run a restaurant, turned it into a dessert café under the After You name in 2007 and renamed the company to match in 2008. It listed on the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) on 23 December 2016 under the symbol AU. Besides its After You cafés it runs Luggaw fruit shops, and its subsidiary M & M 2007 Co., Ltd. runs the Mikka Coffee Roaster chain and the specialty coffee shops Songwat Coffee Roasters, Someday in Copenhagen and Sam Roasters. Revenue for 2025 was ฿1,632 million and net profit ฿204 million; Gulapat Kanokwatanawan (27.79%) and Maetup T. Suwan (25.35%) were the largest shareholders at the end of 2025.
