Its 2025 annual report says it flies from Sharjah, and through partner airlines from Abu Dhabi, Morocco, Egypt and Pakistan. Only the Sharjah airline is fully its own: the Abu Dhabi, Egypt and Pakistan airlines are joint ventures in which it holds 49, 49 and 45 per cent, and the Moroccan one is an associate of 44.13 per cent. It also owns the Cozmo Travel agency business. In 2025 it took 49 per cent of Air Arabia DMM, a new Saudi airline joint venture, which is not listed as a brand here.
