Carabao Group is a Bangkok drinks company built on Carabao Tawandang Co., Ltd., incorporated on 22 August 2001, with Carabao Group Public Company Limited set up above it as a public company in July 2014 and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 21 November 2014. Its plant at Bangpakong in Chachoengsao province can make 2,500 million cans and 2,400 million bottles a year, beside its own glass bottle and aluminium can factories, and its Tawandang DCM subsidiary also distributes other companies' products. Of 22,042 million baht of sales in 2025, 11,845 million came from drinks under its own trademarks. No shareholder holds a majority: Sathienthamholding Company Limited held 25.01 per cent in March 2026.
