Most of its cement is sold in bags to people building their own homes, through a network of independent retailers and hardware stores it calls DINO. On 30 March 2026 Holcim completed the purchase of 99.99 per cent of Inversiones ASPI, the Hochschild family company holding 50.01 per cent of Pacasmayo, and must now make a follow-on tender offer for more of the shares.
