It was one of the first Moroccan companies to list on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, in 1943, and was integrated into the Holmarcom group, controlled by the Bensalah family, in 1971. From its Bouskoura industrial zone near Casablanca the company captures, bottles and sells still and sparkling mineral water and, under exclusive bottling agreements with PepsiCo and with Suntory Beverage & Food, carbonated soft drinks under licence.
