LATAM: brands it owns and its ownership tree

LATAM (NYSE: LTM, Santiago Stock Exchange: LTM) is a publicly listed company headquartered in Santiago, Chile that owns 7 consumer brands.[1][2]

Chilean airline holding company formed by the 2012 merger of LAN Airlines and Brazil's TAM; the LATAM brand, launched in 2016, unified the two. Its 2024 Form 20-F says the Chilean government founded LAN in 1929 and that the group is listed in Santiago and, since 25 July 2024, on the NYSE. The 20-F lists passenger affiliates in Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil and Paraguay plus cargo affiliates in Chile, Colombia and Brazil. LATAM Airlines Argentina is a consolidated affiliate that announced an indefinite cessation of operations in June 2020, so it is not listed as a brand.
