Podravka is a Croatian food and pharmaceuticals group that grew out of the Wolf brothers' workshop, taken into social ownership under the Podravka name in 1947 and privatised in 1993. Croatian pension funds hold 49.5 per cent and the Croatian state 25.5 per cent. In 2025 it added a third business, agriculture, by buying Fortenova's farming companies for 333 million euros, taking the group past 1 billion euros of revenue, and sold its Šumi and Gorenjka confectionery business and its pharmacy business. Its pharmaceutical arm is Belupo.
