Its surimi-based consumer food brands are made through subsidiary QL Foods Sdn Bhd, established in 1994 in Hutan Melintang, Perak, which the company describes as Malaysia's first vertically integrated surimi and fish meat-based products manufacturer, exporting to China, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Canada and the United States.
