Royal Air Maroc: brands it owns and its ownership tree

Royal Air Maroc is a state-owned company headquartered in Morocco that owns 2 consumer brands.[1]

Morocco's national airline. Its corporate history page says the Compagnie Chérifienne de Transport Aérien became a national company on 28 June 1957 under the name Compagnie Nationale de transport Aérien Royal Air Maroc, that it created the subsidiary RAM Express in 2009 for domestic and regional transport, and that it has been invited to join the oneworld alliance. The page shows state involvement through programme contracts signed with the government but gives no ownership percentage. Atlas Blue, a low-cost subsidiary created in 2004, and Air Sénégal International, created in 1999 with a 51% RAM stake, appear in its history only, and neither is listed as a current brand here.
