Sogrape: brands it owns and its ownership tree

Sogrape is a privately held company headquartered in Portugal that owns 8 consumer brands.[1]

Sogrape is a Portuguese family-owned wine company founded by the Guedes family. Its own site says it began in 1942, when Fernando van Zeller Guedes and 15 friends co-founded the Sociedade Comercial dos Vinhos de Mesa de Portugal, now Sogrape, and Mateus was born. It says it has estates and wineries in Portugal, Spain, Argentina, Chile and New Zealand and sells in more than 120 markets. Port brands on its list, such as Sandeman and Offley, are not included here because the site does not give an origin for them.
