It was long associated with the Koç Group, but on 19 February 2024 Koç Holding, Koç Group companies, Koç family members and related foundations transferred their combined 49.04 per cent to Memişoğlu Tarım Ürünleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi, which held 51.93 per cent at the end of 2025. It exports to 50 countries and set up Tat Global BV in the Netherlands in 2025.
