Vinamilk (HOSE: VNM) is a publicly listed company headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam that owns 10 consumer brands.[1]
Vinamilk was founded in 1976 as the Southern Milk-Coffee Company, taking over three nationalised factories, was equitised and renamed in 2003, and listed in Ho Chi Minh City in 2006. It is Vietnam's largest dairy company, with consolidated revenue of VND 63,724 billion in 2025 and products in nearly nine of every ten Vietnamese households according to Kantar. State shareholders still hold 36 per cent. Its foreign operations include wholly owned dairies in Cambodia and California and a majority stake in a farming venture in Laos.
