Danone acquires Huel (2026)
Danone completed the acquisition of Huel on 4 September 2026.[1][2]
Danone agreed in March 2026 to buy Huel, which sells complete, nutritionally balanced meals as powders and ready-to-drink bottles, mostly direct to consumers in the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States. The purchase completed on 4 September 2026 and Huel is consolidated from 1 September. Danone presented it as an extension of its functional nutrition business into complete nutrition and did not publish the price.
