Kering completed the acquisition of Pomellato on 1 July 2013.[1]
Kering acquired a majority of the Milanese jeweller Pomellato, which had applied ready-to-wear thinking to fine jewellery by making pieces in series rather than one at a time. The price was not disclosed.
