LVMH acquires Hublot (2008)
LVMH completed the acquisition of Hublot on 19 May 2008.[1]
LVMH acquired Hublot, the first house to pair a gold case with a rubber strap, which was considered close to vandalism when it did so in 1980. Its name is French for porthole. The price was not disclosed.
