Moncler completed the acquisition of Stone Island on 31 March 2021 for €1.15 billion.[1]
Moncler acquired Stone Island in a deal valuing it at about €1.15 billion, bringing together two Italian outerwear brands with very different origins: one alpine and luxury, the other technical and adopted by British football subculture.
