Nomad Foods acquires Findus (2015)
Nomad Foods completed the acquisition of Findus on 1 November 2015 for £500 million.[1]
Nomad Foods acquired the Findus Group's continental European business for about £500 million, four months after buying Iglo. The two purchases together created the largest frozen food company in Europe.
