OTB Group acquires Jil Sander (2021)
OTB Group completed the acquisition of Jil Sander in 2021, buying from Onward Holdings.[1][2]
OTB bought Jil Sander from the Japanese group Onward Holdings in 2021, adding a minimalist German house to a portfolio built around Diesel and Maison Margiela. Neither side disclosed a price. OTB reported the following February that Jil Sander had reached break-even nine months after joining the group. Only the year is recorded here.
