Yadav Enterprises acquires Del Taco (2025)

Yadav Enterprises completed the acquisition of Del Taco on 22 December 2025 for $115 million, buying from Jack in the Box.[1]

Jack in the Box agreed on 15 October 2025 to sell all the equity of Del Taco Holdings Inc. to Yadav Enterprises, Inc. for $115 million in cash, subject to closing adjustments, and completed the sale on 22 December 2025. It had announced in April 2025 that it was exploring alternatives for Del Taco, and the sale left it with the Jack in the Box brand alone. The company's annual report for the year to September 2025 was filed before closing and still lists Del Taco among its brands. In March 2026 it sued the buyer in Delaware over unpaid transition-service fees.
