About Baboo
Baboo is one of three names, with Saudia and Sensations, under which SADAFCO sells ice cream. The company started making ice cream in 1979 and opened what it calls the largest ice cream factory in the Middle East in 2020. In 2024 it launched a Baboo cartoon series with Spacetoon and trialled smaller wrappers on Baboo ice cream sticks to cut plastic use.
