Bedaya Hospital is a fertility and IVF hospital in West Cairo, founded by Dr. Ismail Aboul Fotouh, that treats both female and male patients. In September 2020 Cleopatra Hospitals Group agreed to move its assets and business into a new company, Bedaya El Gedida Company for Medical Centers and Hospitals, from the beginning of October 2020; the group holds 60% of it, and the founder is entitled, on conditions, to consideration equal to 40% of its capital.
