IDH is a publicly listed company headquartered in Cairo, Egypt, founded in 2008.
Integrated Diagnostics Holdings is a Jersey-registered operator of medical laboratories and radiology centres in Egypt, Jordan, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia and Sudan, listed in London since May 2015 and also on the Egyptian Exchange. It began in 2008, when Abraaj bought 76.8% of Al Borg to build a regional diagnostics platform. Its 2025 revenue was EGP 7.9 billion from 767 branches, about 85% of it in Egypt. In 2026 Hena Holdings, owned by chief executive Hend El-Sherbini and her mother Moamena Kamel, raised its holding to 56.67% through a mandatory offer.
