About Elite
Elite created the first packaged rusk in Greece in 1968 and is the brand ELBISCO builds the rest of its range around. It sells classic wheat and rye rusks, the wholegrain Vita and Status lines, melba toast, crispbread, croutons and breadcrumbs. It later moved into snacking with Elite Mediterranean Crackers, a range the company founded on the Mediterranean diet and sells in flavours including tomato and basil, oregano and feta, and carob.
