About Farmer's Choice
Farmer's Choice is the flagship brand of Hipac Limited, the Barbadian meat processor Goddard Enterprises owns outright. It covers chilled and frozen bacon, breaded chicken products, burgers, wieners, hams and sliced meats sold to households and to food-service customers, and the company sums up its production rule as "no exceptions, no substitutions". It is a deliberately domestic brand: in 2025 Hipac published a Farmer's Choice children's activity book introducing its cast of brand characters, which is not the behaviour of a business selling into somebody else's market.
