Goddard Enterprises is a Barbadian conglomerate founded in 1921 and listed on the Barbados Stock Exchange, operating across the Caribbean and Latin America through divisions covering airline and industrial catering, manufacturing, building supplies, automotive retail, shipping and insurance. Its manufacturing arm, GEL Manufacturing Holding Company Limited, runs eight companies in Barbados, Jamaica, Ecuador and the Dominican Republic and employs more than 800 people; the consumer brands in that arm come from Purity Bakeries, the meat processor Hipac and the aerosol maker McBride (Caribbean), all wholly owned Barbadian subsidiaries. Goddard Catering Group, 51%-held, is one of the largest airline caterers in the region, and Acado Limited, the regional consumer-goods distributor formerly called Caribbean Distribution Partners, is a 50% joint venture rather than a subsidiary. In the year to 30 September 2025 the manufacturing division delivered what the company called its strongest profit performance in many years.
