It was PIERER Mobility AG until 13 January 2026, when it was renamed after Bajaj Auto International Holdings took control on 18 November 2025 and the registered seat moved from Wels to Mattighofen. Coming out of KTM's restructuring it withdrew from the bicycle business, MV Agusta and the X-Bow sports car to concentrate on premium motorcycles, and reported 2025 revenue of €1,009 million on 209,704 motorcycles sold.
