On 10 February 2025 Cementos Argos completed the sale of its 31% stake in NYSE-listed Summit Materials, Inc. for roughly USD 2,873 million, exiting the US cement and concrete business it had built as Argos USA LLC and Argos North America Corp.; Summit's contractual right to keep using the Argos brand in the US ran out in February 2026.
