In 2025 it sold about 11.03 million kilolitres of beer from 59 breweries in mainland China and moved its headquarters to Shenzhen; it also controls the Guizhou Jinsha baijiu distillery. It brews and sells Heineken, Amstel and other Heineken brands in China under a brand licence from Heineken, which it does not own; under 2018 agreements Heineken took 40% of the holding company that controls CR Beer, giving it an indirect economic interest of 20.67%.
