About Jinsha
Jinsha is the baijiu made by Guizhou Jinsha Jiaojiu Winery Industry Co., in which China Resources Beer completed the purchase of a 55.19% stake on 10 January 2023 for about 11.05 billion yuan in cash. The business has struggled since: baijiu turnover fell to 1.50 billion yuan in 2025 and the brewer wrote off 2.88 billion yuan of goodwill. The small Jinsha Xiaojiang bottling targets younger drinkers.
