It owns all of its subsidiaries outright, among them Delegat Limited, which makes wine in Marlborough and Hawke's Bay, Barossa Valley Estate Pty Limited in South Australia, and sales and distribution companies in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. In the year to 30 June 2025 it sold 3,188,000 cases for operating revenue of NZ$349.6 million, with North America its largest market. Jakov Nikola Delegat, Rosamari Suzan Delegat and BPM Trustees (DSPT) Limited held a relevant interest in 66.11 per cent of the shares.
