Grupo Nutresa is a Colombian food group incorporated in Medellín on 12 April 1920 as Compañía Nacional de Chocolates Cruz Roja. It became Grupo Nacional de Chocolates in 2006 and took the Nutresa name in 2011, and operates mainly in Colombia and Latin America through units for cold cuts, biscuits, chocolates, coffee, Tresmontes Lucchetti in Chile and Mexico, retail food, ice cream and pasta. Its ownership is now concentrated: at the end of 2025 JGDB Holding held 44.0 per cent, Nugil 32.5 per cent, Graystone Holding 12.4 per cent, Campbelltown Assets 3.0 per cent and IHC Capital Holding 2.5 per cent, leaving 2.7 per cent with other investors, though the shares remain listed in Colombia.
