The branded products are made by its separately listed subsidiary Indofood CBP, which paid Indofood Rp852.1 billion in royalty fees during 2025 for the use of the brands, so the trademarks sit with the parent. First Pacific of Hong Kong holds 50.07 per cent of Indofood.
