Segitiga Biru, meaning blue triangle, is one of the wheat flour brands from Bogasari, the milling business Indofood bought in 1995 and still runs as a division rather than a subsidiary. Bogasari operates five mills with about 4.4 million tonnes of annual capacity and was the first Indonesian flour miller to power a plant with solar panels.
