Most of what it produces carries somebody else's name: it manufactures for global brand owners and for government tender programmes, a business hit in the year to 30 June 2025 by the closure of USAID and the withdrawal of PEPFAR funding. Its own branded manufacturing, led by ONE, Carex and Pasante, overtook tender sales for the first time in the company's history the year before, and it commercialised synthetic condoms during 2025.
