The holding company is incorporated in Cyprus and has been listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange since 2018. It is no longer independently held: after a voluntary takeover bid by Maspex Romania S.R.L. that ran from 16 to 30 July 2025, the Polish Maspex group held 73.23 per cent at the end of 2025, and Amboselt Universal, the vehicle of founder Victor Bostan, held 14.87 per cent. Group revenue rose 14 per cent in 2025 to RON 436 million.
