About Bostavan
Bostavan is the value brand of Purcari Wineries, launched in 2005 and made by Vinaria Bostavan in Moldova. It became a single umbrella brand in 2013 and now carries many sub-brands, among them DOR, Wine Doktor, Ed Knows, Black Doktor, Grape Thief and Tipsy Cat, in formats that include bag-in-box, one-litre bottles and an alcohol-free wine. Bostavan made up 14 per cent of the group's brand sales in 2025.
