Century Pacific Group Inc. and Singapore's sovereign wealth fund bought majority ownership in 2016; at the end of 2025 Century Pacific Group held about 49.7% of the shares. It owns the Shakey's name in the Philippines and much of Asia, Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken (acquired June 2019) and Potato Corner (acquired March 2022), and runs R&B milk tea under a master franchise. At the end of 2025 it had 2,970 company-owned and franchised stores and kiosks in the Philippines and abroad.
