Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. (SPAVI) is a Philippine restaurant group, registered with the Philippine SEC on 14 February 1974, whose shares have traded on the Philippine Stock Exchange as PIZZA since 15 December 2016. Century Pacific Group Inc. and Singapore's sovereign wealth fund bought majority ownership in 2016; at the end of 2025 Century Pacific Group held about 49.7% of the shares. It owns the Shakey's name in the Philippines and much of Asia, Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken (acquired June 2019) and Potato Corner (acquired March 2022), and runs R&B milk tea under a master franchise. At the end of 2025 it had 2,970 company-owned and franchised stores and kiosks in the Philippines and abroad.
