The company is incorporated in Hong Kong, where it has been listed since 16 July 2008, and it is controlled by Sociedade de Turismo e Diversões de Macau, which held 64.11 per cent of the shares at the end of 2025. Net gaming revenue was HK$26.2 billion in 2025, and under Macau's revised gaming law it closed eight satellite casinos during the year and moved their tables and machines into its own properties.
