Vetoquinol: brands it owns and its ownership tree

Vetoquinol (EPA: VETO) is a publicly listed company headquartered in Lure, France that owns 10 consumer brands.[1]

Vetoquinol is a French veterinary pharmaceutical company founded in 1933 by Joseph Frechin in Lure, who branded an oxyquinoline antiseptic for animals as Vetoquinol. It was listed on the stock market in 2006, bought Bioniche Animal Health in 2014, and says it operates in 24 countries with over 2,500 employees. Its website groups products by domain, including pain, behaviour, cardiology, parasiticides and antibiotics, for cats, dogs, cattle and pigs. Its site also lists Drontal and Profender, which Elanco's 10-K does not attribute to Vetoquinol (Drontal appears in Elanco's own portfolio), so neither is claimed here.
