VRG is a Polish group based in Kraków that designs and sells men's and women's clothing and runs the W.KRUK and Lilou jewellery chains. It began as a state clothing enterprise created in Kraków in 1948, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 1993, and grew by merging with Wólczanka in 2006, W.KRUK in 2008 and Bytom in 2018. In 2025 it had revenue of PLN 1,504.8 million, more than half of it from jewellery, and net profit of PLN 98.2 million. A shareholders' agreement between Jan Kolański, his family foundation and companies of the Colian group holds 42.58 per cent.
