Church & Dwight completed the acquisition of Miss Mouth's Messy Eater on 28 May 2026 for $325 million.[1]
Church & Dwight signed and closed its purchase of the Miss Mouth's Messy Eater stain remover brand on 28 May 2026 for approximately $325 million, announcing it the following day. The brand had about $80 million of net sales and $28 million of EBITDA in 2025, much of it online, and joined the fabric care portfolio that already includes OxiClean. The seller was not named.
Signed and closed on the same day, so the announcement date of 29 May follows the completion date of 28 May.
