Church & Dwight completed the acquisition of Waterpik on 7 August 2017 for $1 billion.[1]
Church & Dwight acquired Waterpik for about $1 billion, its largest acquisition. Waterpik had effectively created the water flosser, a device dentists recommend for people who cannot floss conventionally, and it gave the company a durable oral care business alongside its toothpaste.
